While overcoming my lifelong battle with obesity was hard, the hardest part is the work done on the inside to heal yourself. The work you MUST do when you lost yourself. I lost myself at 27.
10 years ago, I was “busy… but good”. Miscarriages, Car accidents, home invasion, husband with a hidden drug addiction, refinancing a home for “home renovations”, 60 pounds over weight, postpartum depression, sleeping medication, stress leaves, government assistance, crying myself to sleep, punching holes in walls, calling myself fat, lashing out on anger, supersized combos in bed, buying more stuff I didn’t need, zoning out with candy crush.
But I was “good”.. “fine”. Hiding it with a fake smile.
When the PAIN of staying stuck where you are becomes MORE PAINFUL than the pain...
I started by business when she was 12 months old. I wish I had started sooner. But I was scared, worried about opinions and fearful of failing. Today I’m going over applications for my next health and wellness group, as well as new coach applications to join my team, then off for the day.
You’d tell your kids to DREAM BIG, be brave, have courage, try new things, and tell them they can do anything, then WHY as a grown ass woman are you dropping the ball?

Having kids should never be an excuse, more so a reason, so as a busy mom of 3 who suffered from ALL OF THE ABOVE (depression, anxiety, obesity)... I’m going to give you FIVE Steps to Changing your life... and most importantly your health.
1Clean up your NUTRITION.
Stop eating crap! Refined flour, sugar, and processed foods. NO low fat, fat free, diet junk! Pay attention to INGREDIENTS.
Cut out caffeine.. or limit.
Cut out or limit alcoholhol.
Balance your blood sugar by eating evenly throughout the day and don’t skip...
