Stay In Your Magic and The World Will Adjust

You are not here to play small and you were never meant to.  Your presence is a gift and your energy is contagious.  Your standards are high and not because of what you do, but because you already know who you are.  But even the brightest women, those who lead, love, build, and blaze trails need a deep spiritual reset.  Not because you've fallen off the wagon or you're lazy, but because your soul deserves to stay aligned with the power that’s already within you.  

So here’s your reminder:  Unconditional love is not based on performance or you doing anything in order to get something.  You don't need to earn your spot here in this world.  In fact, real love is given freely without you needing to do or give anything in return.  All you really need to do is open up your hands to receive it, and that's the shift that many high performers miss the mark on.  There comes a time where you stop performing and you simply start living and being who you really are without striving to get anywhere else.

So a couple of important things:

1. You Don’t Have to Hustle for Alignment

You know how to go and do a lot of things.  You know how to execute and get the job done with excellence. You're a force and you don't mess around.  But spiritual alignment doesn't come from real effort or struggle.  It comes from allowing.  Just because you can push and do all things, doesn't mean you should.  Rest is not weakness. Ease is not laziness, luck or only for the chosen few.  When you release control, you invite the divine to do what only it can.  That's because miracles don't require micromanagement.  This week embody graceful receiving.  Let others pour into you and let answers come to you without you needing to go looking for them.  Watch what unfolds when you relax into your feminine flow, instead of fighting or working hard for every inch of progress.

2. Your Energy is Your Currency

You already know that your time is valuable. But your energy?  That’s your real wealth.  Every conversation, every "yes," every room you enter is a spiritual transaction and your vibe leads before your words even catch up.  There's no lying when it comes to energy.  Protect yours like it's sacred because it is.  Not everything or everyone deserves your light and your boundaries aren't barriers.  They are divine pauses for your soul to breathe and expand.  This week embody sovereignty.  Audit your energy leaks and notice who gets access to you and why.  Pay very close attention to what you're thinking about and make sure you're only focusing your energy on what you intend to bring into your life.  Reclaim your power not by doing more, but by honouring where you're no longer available to self-abandon.

If you're reading this, you’ve likely been the intuitive one and the one people come to you for help, clarity, complaints, confirmation, or for permission.  This can be extremely frustrating, especially when you're dealing with someone who has zero self-awareness.  But remember that you can choose to stop outsourcing your knowing and allow people to figure things out on their own.  Knowing when to walk away is essential and I cover that more in depth in my Rise and Shine Challenge on Day 8.  The more you protect your own peace and trust in your own inner voice, the louder the world will try to distract you, so stay present with yourself and stay rooted in your worth.  Make decisions that feel like truth in your heart and soul and let your actions be a declaration that your intuition is not a random suggestion or something you take lightly, but it's your entire life strategy for massive success.

Don’t just move through the world, live like all things are possible.  You don’t need to shrink to be safe.  You don’t need to explain your light to those who refuse to see it.  Just go live your life and do what makes you happy!  You are allowed to be wildly powerful, successful, abundantly blessed, and deeply spiritual all at the same time!  In fact, that's the whole reason you're here.

So go ahead.  Let your walk be a prayer of thanksgiving.  Let your life be a mirror reflection of the real beauty you carry within.  Let your passion and joy be your leadership and gifts to the world, and above all else stay in your magic.  The world adjusts when a woman like you remembers who she is and walks confidently with her head held high, her chest proud, and her heart wide open.  Let the world adjust while you keep on doing your thing!
