Once you enrol, you'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with all the details on how to access your private member area and app.  You’ll begin with a prep week, giving you space to settle in and set your intentions. Then, your Day 1 will begin, and from there, everything is centered around one powerful focus: You.

Each day, you’ll receive a new audio lesson, and on some days, a written piece to dive into as well. Setting aside 15–30 minutes a day will give you plenty of time to engage, but I encourage you to gift yourself a little more time when you can.  Create space to meditate, reflect, and simply be with yourself. This sacred alone time is where the real magic happens.

The more peace and quiet you allow, the deeper your transformation will go.

In order to lose weight, maximize fat loss and build quality muscle tissue and feel your absolute best, high-quality nutrition is key.  If you want to feel your best, and look your best you will want to prioritize your nutrition, ensuring that you are eating a variety of good quality protein, fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, oils, and healthy carbohydrates.  Avoiding processed foods, fast foods, white bread, white sugar, and bad fats will be essential to optimizing your health and increasing your energy levels but this does not mean you can’t have your favourite treats from time to time.  Life is all abut balance and food is meant to be enjoyed.  When grocery shopping, you can find the healthiest food options on the outer edges of the grocery store and avoiding the middle isles as much as possible except for things such as rice, nut butters, oatmeals, pasta, quinoa, tuna, and spices.  If you are someone who is interested in fat loss, then you have to burn more calories than you are consuming.  This is called a calorie deficit.  Losing weight and transforming your life requires a positive mindset and listening to your own spirit and allowing that to guide you, and that is what the Rise and Shine Challenge is all about.  

No you don't need to exercise every day and there is no specific meal plan or workout plan to follow, although I do talk about Movement and Exercise on Day 6 of Prep Week.  The Rise and Shine Challenge goes much deeper than eating well and fitness.  When you truly master your mindset, raise your energy levels and change your level of consciousness then you are able to transform your life in ways you never thought possible.  

I will not be telling you what to eat every single day, providing specific meal plans to follow, supplement recommendations, or exercises or fitness programs you should be doing.  Everyone's journey and needs are very different and listening to your own inner voice and what your own body needs is essential for optimal health.  If you're in a season of life where you don't even want to workout or can't right now, I encourage you to honour the season you're in and stop resisting it.  This challenge is different than any other life transformation program you've likely ever tried before as it goes much deeper into your transformation and helps you change your life from the inside out while trusting in your own inner wisdom.

Yes, absolutely!  You don’t need to have any experience with meditation or manifesting to join. In fact, this journey is about meeting you right where you are.  You’ll be gently guided through everything step by step, no pressure, no judgment. Just a safe, supportive space to explore new tools that can help you reconnect with yourself, build more confidence, and start creating the life you truly want.  Everyone starts somewhere, and starting is the most powerful step of all.

There’s no set time you have to wake up.  This journey is about finding a rhythm that works for you. Whether you're an early riser or someone who starts their day a little later, you’re welcome here.  The goal isn’t to force a strict routine.  It’s to help you create a life is everything you want it to be!  This is your time, your pace, your path.

I highly encourage you to start from the beginning and go through the content more than once.  Each time you move through it, you’ll notice things start to sink in on a much deeper level. Sometimes, we need to hear or experience something a few times before it really clicks... and that’s completely normal.
