No. Future predictions, timelines, and outcome forecasting are not offered simply because deep down you already know this yourself.

No. Any information that is received is only a suggestion by spirit. Ultimately you must turn within to listen to what your true self wants and follow that.  This however can be the much needed reassurance you might need to take that next step forward in faith.

Spirit communication cannot be forced. Sessions are approached with openness and respect, without expectation or obligation.  Please come with an open heart and mind.

No preparation is required. You are welcome to arrive as you are.  If you have questions you really want to ask someone on the other side or need specific answers or guidance, bring these questions with you. 

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to ask specific questions during your session. You may also ask questions directed toward particular loved ones on the other side. At the beginning of our time together, I’ll ask if there is anyone specific you’re hoping to hear from and if you have particular questions, so we can make the most of our session. This helps me connect with clear intention and direction.

I also want to share that I only work with and call in good, loving energy. Every session is set with the intention of connecting to what is for your highest good, and I hold a safe, protected space throughout our time together.

That said, each session is ultimately guided by what comes through in the moment. While many questions are addressed directly, some may be answered indirectly, and others may not come through at all. There are no guarantees, as the information shared is led by spirit and what feels most important to communicate.

At times, you may hear what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear. I always encourage clients to remain open-minded and receptive, as the messages that come through are often aligned with your highest good, even if they aren’t exactly what you expected.

No. Lindsay does not require personal information, photographs, or background details in advance.  She will however ask you who you want to specifically connect with so that she is able to call upon them directly.  

That’s completely fine. You don’t need to “believe” anything for the session to work, and Lindsay is not here to make you a believer.  A grounded, open-minded approach is more than enough.

No. Lindsay’s work is spiritual, not religious, and is not tied to any belief system or doctrine.

There is no required or recommended frequency. Sessions are not designed to create dependency. You’re encouraged to book based on interest or curiosity, not need.

Sessions are generally intended for adults (18+). Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with parental involvement.

If you cry during your session, please know that it is completely okay, and often expected.

Many of the people I work with are carrying years of unspoken words and unshed tears. When emotions rise to the surface, it’s not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign that something meaningful is being touched and gently released. There is never any judgment, and there is absolutely no need to apologize.

In fact, I encourage it. Tears can be incredibly healing. Spiritually, tears are often seen as a form of energetic release, a clearing of the heart space. They create movement where there may have once been heaviness. Tears are a gateway to joy, because when we allow ourselves to feel fully, we make room for lightness, peace, and renewal. 

Emotions are a natural part of meaningful experiences. This is real life, heart-centered work, and crying is good for the soul... (and your face and skin too).  If it happens, we simply allow it. You’ll always be held in a safe, compassionate, and loving space.

No. These sessions are not therapy, counselling, or a replacement for professional services of any kind.

 At this time, I’m not offering in-person readings. The main reason is that in-person interactions can sometimes take me several days to fully recover from energetically and physically. I’ve found that limiting physical interaction allows me to channel more clearly and maintain a stronger, more focused connection during sessions.

I am currently focusing exclusively on private 1:1 virtual sessions. This approach helps ensure greater availability, accessibility, and consistency for all of my clients, while also allowing me to show up at my best for each session.
