Private Session Investment & Booking Process

Due to the highly personal nature of these sessions and their limited availability, each request is personally reviewed to determine whether there is an appropriate alignment before a session is confirmed.

If you feel called to request a private session, please complete the form below, sharing as much detail as you feel comfortable providing.

Following a personal review of your request, you will receive a private response regarding whether I feel we are aligned to proceed, along with the session options and arrangements most appropriate to your circumstances.  Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

However, where a matter is particularly time-sensitive, highly sensitive in nature, or would benefit from immediate personal connection, a private phone or video conversation may be arranged at my discretion.

NOTE:  In-person sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional fees, travel expenses, and other associated costs depending on the location and circumstances.

Privacy & Confidentiality

For individuals requiring an elevated level of discretion, including public figures, high-profile individuals, executives, family offices, representatives booking on behalf of private clients, or those requiring enhanced confidentiality, additional privacy arrangements may be discussed in advance.  

If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), confidentiality agreement, private booking protocol, or other specific privacy provisions, please indicate this when submitting your request. These arrangements can be reviewed and agreed upon prior to confirmation of the engagement.

All requests regarding privacy and confidentiality are handled with the utmost discretion.

Session Environment Policy for Private Readings

• All private sessions are to be conducted alone, in a quiet and private space, and are done virtually.

• Children, pets, or other participants are not permitted in the room during the session unless prior arrangements have been made prior to booking your session.

• Please ensure your environment is free from distractions, your phone notifications are silenced, or other interruptions, so I can focus fully on providing clear and accurate guidance.

• Use of a reliable internet connection and a functional camera and microphone is required to ensure the session runs smoothly.

• Being prepared and present in a private, focused space allows you to receive the full energetic and spiritual benefit of your reading.

• Lindsay reserves the right to decline or discontinue any session if, at any time, she feels that proceeding would not be in the best interest of the client or those involved. This may occur if the energy feels uncomfortable, unclear, heavy, or otherwise not aligned for a safe and supportive experience. The decision to not proceed is made with care and respect for all parties involved. If Lindsay determines that a session should not move forward, the session will be respectfully ended and the client will receive a full refund.

Important Policies

Cancellation, Non-Rescheduling & Missed Session Policy

• All sessions are non-refundable, including missed appointments. Mediumship sessions involve a significant energetic investment. I prepare mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, nutritionally, and energetically for each client. Because of this, if a client is dissatisfied, the time and energy I have dedicated cannot be “returned.”

• All 1:1 private readings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

• Missed appointments or arrivals more than 5 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the session and payment, and no reading will be conducted.

• This policy ensures each client receives focused, undistracted energy during their session and allows me to maintain my high-level service standards.
