You do not exist to perform. You do not need to justify your rest.  You do not need to “earn” anything.  You came here to live, to feel, to expand, not to constantly achieve or strive to be someone better.  True health and wholeness is not about aiming to be this next version of yourself or proving your worth to anyone, but rather a remembering of who you've always been.

Let your days include:

  •  space
  •  quiet
  •  pleasure
  •  joy
  •  spontaneity
  •  presence

Productivity is physical.  Presence is spiritual.  Choose presence and peace over the pressure to be productive.

 

6. Heal Your Relationship With Food

Let food be:

  •  intuitive
  •  gentle
  •  nourishing
  •  enjoyable
  •  peaceful

Challenge beliefs like:

  •  “Protein needs to be extreme.”
  •  “I have to control everything I eat.”
  •  “Food is the enemy.”

And replace them with:

  •  “My body knows what it needs.”
  •  “I eat when I’m hungry.”
  •  “I stop when I’m satisfied.”
  •  “Food is a gift”

Your digestion improves when your relationship with food softens and there is no stress revolving around eating.  Always turn inward to see what your highest self would love to eat.  Your deepest desire might surprise you and also might make you really happy too.

 

7. Rise Higher in Consciousness

The body heals when the spirit elevates.

Practice:

  •  gratitude
  •  mindfulness
  •  self-awareness
  •  intentional living
  •  conscious breathing
  •  compassion toward yourself

Higher consciousness brings:

  •  your spirit is grounded
  •  your body feels safe

In today’s world, it feels like we must constantly measure ourselves: steps, heart rate, calories, macros, sleep cycles, oxygen levels, recovery scores, and more.  Every beep and notification tells us how we are “doing.”  But here’s the quiet truth: your body and spirit already know.

Your divine spirit is the most advanced guidance system you will ever own.  It knows when you are tired.  It knows when you are nourished.  It knows when your heart needs stillness.  It knows when you need movement, water, or rest.
