Living Happily and Peacefully Ever After
Jul 12, 2026
She always woke up in the middle of the night.
Usually around 3 a.m.
Instead of tossing and turning and blaming her hormones, she simply decided to listen to what was asking to be heard.
What was asking to be healed.
She cried out…
“I feel like I’m losing all control.”
“I feel like everything is falling apart.”
To which she finally cried out…
“I can’t keep living like this anymore.”
And then she heard something.
A still, small voice whispering to her.
Comforting her. Speaking to her in the dead of night.
Leading her. Guiding her. Saving her.
Telling her that she was never in control in the first place.
She was living in fear.
Living in chaos.
Living in pain and suffering.
Living in stress.
Living in survival.
Constantly stressed and worried.
Worried about her job.
Worried about her finances.
Worried about her kids.
Worried about her marriage.
Worried about the future.
Worried about her health.
Worried about her parents health.
Worried about whether or not there would be enough.
After that night, she decided to release control and focus on the things she actually had full power and authority over.
Like where she was actually going with her life.
Her thoughts.
Her attitude.
The love she had inside.
The love she had to share.
How kind she was toward others.
How great a mother she was.
How much she loved her family.
How early she got up in the morning.
What time she went to bed.
How she moved her body.
The foods she ate.
How she invested her time.
How much time she spent on social media.
The books she read.
The shows she watched.
The clothes, jewelry, and perfume she chose to wear.
How she chose to do her hair, do her makeup, or the colour she painted her nails.
Where she shopped.
How clean she kept her home.
How hard (or how little) she wanted to work.
The people she hung around with or chose to do business with.
The prayers she prayed.
The gratitude she expressed.
The dreams she was going to make come true for herself.
And she left the rest up to God.
She let the rest go.
From that point on, she slept like a rock.
Her health returned.
Her digestion improved.
Her skin cleared up.
Her energy returned.
Her hormones balanced out.
Her weight stabilized.
The panic attacks were gone for good.
Her relationships got stronger.
Her life got better.
She began singing and dancing again.
You see, so many people are out there blaming their hormones, or their age, when, in fact, they should be paying way more attention to what’s going on inside that pretty little head of theirs.
Because while there are some things in life you can’t control, you do have full control over your mind, and when you work on the things that no one can ever take away from you, you become someone you actually want to live with.
✨ You end up finding real, true love and do end up living happily (and peacefully) ever after.
