Lindsay's unique connection with her audience was born from her own personal journey toward happiness, health and wholeness. After overcoming her lifelong battle with obesity she has always had a passion for health, wellness, and helping others, but her passion for helping others become whole again found her.
Even though she has a big outside transformation of conquering obesity with love and losing over 80 pounds before having kids, and 140 pounds of combined baby weight, she soon realized that the biggest transformation that needed to take place was on the inside.
After overcoming many personal life challenges, heartaches, failures, and setbacks, and finding her way back home to her most authentic self, her mission is to inspire all women to know that they are capable of achieving anything they want in their life if they are willing to put in the work, and find a bigger reason why, for it is our lows and our darkest moments in life that cause our greatness.
She is a wife, Mother of 3, a huge fan of Country Music, a spirit junkie, a dorky introvert, and you'll often find her lip syncing like nobody's business. She's also half Scottish.. meaning she loves all things haggis, fish and chips, and sometimes a few F bombs slip out when she gets fired up and talking to audiences about life transformation and mindset
