No there is no specific meal plan or workout plan to follow, although I do talk about honouring your body with proper quality nutrition and movement during prep week.  The Rise and Shine Challenge goes much deeper than eating well and fitness.  This is next level.  When you truly master your mindset, raise your energy levels and change your level of consciousness then you are able to transform your life in ways you never thought possible.  I will not be telling you what to eat every single day, providing specific meal plans to follow, giving you supplement recommendations, or telling you what exercises you should be doing for your body.  That's pretty basic stuff and you can find a healthy meal plan, recipes, or workouts on the internet with a simple google search.  Chances are you already know deep down how you should be eating, what foods are no longer serving you, and what your body needs in terms of movement or rest.  I'd encourage you to listen to your own body and give it what it needs.

Yes, absolutely!  You don’t need to have any experience with meditation or manifesting to join. In fact, this journey is about meeting you right where you are.  You’ll be gently guided through everything step by step, no pressure, no judgment.
