I truly believe HAPPY 💗girls are the prettiest, and while I’m a Transformation Coach, and could sprinkle Motivation daily.... I’m also a HEALTH COACH, and this is important... so you may wanna take notes🙏💗

We are in FACT in a MENTAL HEALTH and OBESITY epidemic. Anxiety and Depression is on the rise. Poor Health AND Mental Health go hand in hand.

Let’s be real.. SKINNY or RIPPED doesn’t actually = HEALTH.

Having kids should never be an excuse, more so a reason, so as a busy mom of 3 who suffered from ALL OF THE ABOVE (depression, anxiety, obesity)... I’m going to give you FIVE 🤚Steps to Changing your life... and most importantly your health.

1️⃣Clean up your NUTRITION.
This means:
Stop eating crap! Refined flour, sugar, and processed foods. NO low fat, fat free, diet junk! Pay attention to INGREDIENTS.
Cut out caffeine.. or limit.
 Cut out or limit alcoholhol. 
Balance your blood sugar by eating evenly throughout the day and don’t skip meals. Aim to eat 5-6 small meals. It’s easier on your digestion.
Cut out all dairy and consider eliminating other allergens like gluten
Increase fibre in your diet from vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains. 
Increase omega-3 fats by eating more salmon, as well as omega-3 eggs and walnuts.
Eat organic food if you can, especially animal products, to avoid environmental estrogens from pesticides.
GUT HEALTH. Since your second brain resides in your gut.. if you struggle with mental health, you gotta take charge of what you’re putting IN your mouth.

2️⃣ Supplement - Insert Shakeology here! Been drinking it for YEARS. Yes you need vitamins, superfoods, digestive enzymes, minerals, antioxidants, probiotics, phytonutrients!

3️⃣ Get moving!!
Exercise is very important for balancing hormones and mental health. Aim for 30 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week! YES. MOVE!!! I workout for 30 minutes from home. YES... You have time. You’re just not making YOUR OWN HEALTH a priority!

4️⃣ Address stress!
Dealing with stress is critical. Take a hot bath at night, get a massage, say NO, learn to meditate, relax! YOU are in control.

5️⃣ Understand that PILLS have no skills, and a lot of your problems ARE in fact in your control. Take ownership and action.
