𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 and 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨?
I’ve been gifting myself more time in the mornings lately. More meditation. More reflection.
Honestly what I’ve learned is it doesn’t matter what you do fitness wise. It matters what you do MIND wise.

So how do we get there when we just know deep within you’re not feeling your best and stuck on a merry go round of negativity, unchecked self doubt, fear, comparison, and you’re already SO tired?
1️⃣Congratulate yourself for noticing. You’re awesome and amazing just by noticing your worn out ways that leads to nowhere fast.
2️⃣Alignment is the issue. It’s not that you’re not hard worker, overachiever, it’s just that you’re way out of whack. Hanging on to stuff, unconsciously telling yourself small stories, or judging people. Continuing to eat junk and not move when your inner compass whispers to you to change. When you’re doing what you KNOW deep within you should be doing in. It clicks. It aligns. Your core and heart space are generating happy, feeling thoughts.
3️⃣Transcendence. You can’t just sweep things under the rug and avoid it. You can’t just blame and make excuses. You can’t just keep saying you’re soooo busy. The process of change painful, but not nearly as painful as staying the same. One thing you can do is sit in meditation, and list everything you’re telling yourself that’s keeping you small, hanging on to, judging. I cover more in depth healing in my courses, but first you gotta make time for yourself. Listen to what comes up. The goal is to find forgiveness, send love, let go, change the story and the LET go. You’ll feel LIGHTER and healthier instantly.
4️⃣Choose LIFE. Say YES. Chances are you’ve being going the wrong way for years. Stop and go the opposite direction if it’s not working for you. Hating others? Send love. Yelling at your kids? Get down on their level and speak softly. Outburst of Anger and Frustration. Gossiping and Judging. Work on yourself sis!
